Every plugin is bought once and stays yours, updates included. The Patreon subscription is an alternative, not an obligation: it is for whoever wants several at once.
Bought one by one the whole lot would be 569.76 €. With the Shadow Server - Skyblock subscription you get everything, plus every new plugin the day it ships.
Plugins marked in development cannot be bought yet. They are in the price list because the catalogue is public and the price is already decided, not because they are ready.
The Download column says how you get the file. Open means anyone can download the jar, which is the case for the free and freemium ones — where the file is the free version, with its limits inside. Customer area means the product is paid and the file is downloaded after purchase.
